Our Programs

The Indiana Track Club sponsors a number of programs throughout the year. We have a Cross Country program in the fall, an indoor track & field program in the winter and an outdoor track & field program in the spring.

If you have an interest in a program read more below. New program information will be posted soon.

Youth Programs: Indoor/Outdoor track & field, Cross Country

A program for area athletes in grades 1-12.  Beginners and experienced athletes are all welcome.

The program teaches the basics of training principles, as well as specific instruction in all track & field events.  Older, more experienced athletes are given the opportunity to compete on a state and national level.

The youth program is separated into three distinct seasons:

Indoor track & field - Practicing on Indiana University indoor track -- Season info (Sign Up)

Outdoor track & field - Practicing on Indiana University outdoor track -- Season info

Cross country - Practicing on Indiana University -- Season info

Indiana Track Club: Road Runners Year-Round

The Indiana Track Club Road Runners is an open division of adult, IU student, post-college, and masters runners.

All running abilities are represented...from serious marathoners to folks just running what they feel.

Road runners practice year round on Wednesday evenings at 6:00, meeting at the NW corner of the IU Fieldhouse.

Wednesday runs include something for everyone. We break into a couple of groups with some running 3-5 mile fun runs and others running harder interval workouts.

New running buddies wanted! Stop by and join us on Wednesday night.

Smaller groups often get together on weekends for longer training runs.

Contact Club President Ted Ferguson for more information.
